We are officially back on the road. Yay!!! I have really missed the closeness that our family has when living in 365 square feet, and I don't just mean the small space. I love how much closer our relationships with each other are. It makes this momma's heart very happy :)!
After a quick evening dash from Florida to Alabama, mainly just to get our travels started already!, we began the drive north towards the Smoky Mountains.

The first day was a loooong day. We started out in Alabama, managed to hit Atlanta, Georgia smack dab in the middle of rush hour traffic...

...to end the day in Cherokee, North Carolina! It was dark when we finally arrived, but the view when we awoke the next morning...
